The Puppeteer / Păpușaru

 

A formidable group of six fire dancers, combustible acrobats, unleash a show directed by Valentin Cizevski, titled „The Puppeteer”. Rarely does such a group offer a true theatrical context to fire dancing, but Drum & Fire manage to weave a fully fledged fairy tale out of embers and smoke. „The Puppeteer” is the story of a prince blessed (or cursed) with the power of making those around him behave precisely as he wishes them to, even against their will. It is a passionate love story turned dangerous, filled with tension and explosive situations. One of the strongest outdoors shows our festival proposes for this edition.

 

Un grup formidabil de șase dansatori cu flăcările, acrobați combustibili, prezintă un spectacol regizat de Valentin Cizevski, intitulat „The Puppeteer”. Arareori un astfel de grup oferă realmente un context teatral pentru dansul cu foc, însă Drum & Fire țes un adevărat basm din luciri de flacără și rotocoale de fum. „The Puppeteer” este povestea unui prinț binecuvântat sau blestemat cu puterea de a-i face pe cei din jurul său să se poarte exact așa cum își dorește el, chiar și împotriva dorințelor lor. Este o poveste de dragoste pasională devenită periculoasă, plină de tensiune și de situații explozive. Unul din cele mai puternice spectacole în aer liber propuse de noi în acest an.
